Not an actual react theme. It's an html theme with some react stuff. Do not buy. Most of the components are only visible in the html version.

Simply put, your claim is not true. The template contains all the components, plugins, styling and React code that is presented at the preview here: https://gogo-react.coloredstrategies.com/app/
You might be checking out the starter project instead of the main one.
