This is a nice theme. It's simple and offers a nice one page layout. I can understand people being a bit confused with the current documentation which is fine but not complete in my opinion. I have had a nice experience with support though. Developers helped me whithin a reasonable time frame and solved my problems.
I also don't think it deserves 5 stars quite yet. I find some problems regarding the website in mobile view which doesn't adapt very well when you alter the content.
