The general design idea looks good, but there is a lot of things that don't work well and need a lot of modifications.

This template CSS doesn't look finished and/or polished at all, especially in the mobile version. For example look this in a mobile: http://themelooks.net/demo/cvit/wordpress/standard-post-4/

I only recommend buying this if you want a one-page portfolio site as it is, or you have a lot of time and knowledge to fix the bugs by yourself and customize them to fit your needs.
