Customer support was great when I contacted the person who sent me the welcome message. I had to delete and re-upload the theme. Second go all worked perfectly. Its a complicated theme. Seems that the easier themes are made to be, the more complicated they become. Bit of a learning curve but previous experience definitely helped. I expect it will be an awesome site by the time we are finished
