I can not fault the Support these guys offer. They are brilliant.
The theme has some great features which would make a great website.
However, like most of the themes on ThemeForest, it clearly has not been checked properly before selling. Constant errors, Elementor doesn't work, import demo and it comes with errors including an unstyled Contact page, missing pages, and other pages that can't be edited with Elementor (if/when it works).
It's a pity they didn't finish it off before selling. It could have been awesome.

I am really sorry this not the case and theme is working fine. I will suggest you to communicate with support team they will be guiding you. If there is any issue we will be helping you to correct it. There are hundreds of customers those are using it. It may be something that you are missing in setting up theme.
