I am sorry because the theme is really pretty but it has several problems confirmed also with support team but not solved as I expected.

Sorry for the inconvenience, we apologies for this awkward situation.

According to the history of conversations with you, some of the requested issues were confirmed as bugs. Our support agents moved those issues to our developers' team. The fixes will be included in our future updates.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with a hot-fix or temporary solution at this moment.
