This theme is nothing like it looks after you install it. I spent hours trying to get it to look like the theme I actually bought before I gave up and requested a refund, which they declined. They used the excuse that "downloaded items are not refundable by Envato's Policy" which is true, however they are able to override that and provide the refund.

When you purchase a theme, you're doing so for a couple reasons. One, to skip design, and two to save time. If I wanted to build a theme from scratch, I would of done that not purchased what was supposed to be a pre-done theme.
