In short: first I was disappointed, but with the excellent service of the support team of Jupiter I became a satisfied user of Jupiter

I was really disappointed at first when I worked with Jupiter X. I was frustrated about the things that seemed to be impossible to realize.

After I wrote a very negative review the team of Jupiter contacted me. Their conclusion was that the onboarding proces didn't went well for me.
So they gave me a year extra support and I went for it. Every time I got stuck they helped me out with tips and advice.

I found the service absolutely marvelous. God job!

Now I know my way in Jupiter. Sometimes it's a hard nut to crack, to be honest. Not everything works intuitive, but if you spend a bit of time to explore the possibilities of the theme and you can think a bit creative a lot is possible.

And a tip: use the support time to ask your questions. It helps a lot understanding the theme.
