poor customer support!!! sent MULTIPLE emails for assistance and it was utter failure in resolving the issues. they saying they cant assist in the "TECHNICAL" issues. Weeks before any silly responses of "help" was given

BTW the issues is related to the team as it worked fine for more than 2 years and there seems to be a bug that came on and needs fixing. and their solutions was to hire a tech person. like WTF!! TAHT IS WHAT THE EXTENDED TECH SUPPORT TAHT WAS PAID IS FOR!!
