Design is good but from day one when need support their tone is bit weird.

Anyhow, we simply explained that your technical request needed to be answered by the support crew, and since your support period was expired I suggested to renew it, in order to access the helpdesk and get a better solution.

I appreciate you took the time for the review, and that you like the design, but in the same way as we have to pay the bills in order to work, our customers have to pay the service so we can keep working. If we work for free, we don't pay the bills. If we don't pay the bills it makes no sense to work... I think that's normal...
To be precise, your support period expired on 2021-12-03 at 11:17:31 and the technical request required some coding that wouldn't even be covered by support normally, but we still try to provide some extra help in similar cases.
I hope you may evaluate renewing the support period in order to get our support.
Otherwise, no problem, but I hope you can understand that our daily work (also for theme and plugin updates) requires a constant work that needs some support, and it's not fair to provide support for free while other customers are renewing the service.
Seen your kind answers and the nice design of your website I'm sure you can understand our point.
