Do you mean the main image as in the online demo for the theme? Those are custom images that are only for the online demo. You would need to create or add your own images as they would reflect your own books and website. The home page in the online demo is created with the Unyson page builder - selecting the Section shortcode in the editor would give you the options to change the image.

As for the ODRIN heading, do you mean the one in the navigation? This is adjustable from Appearance > Theme Settings - there you can find styling options for the navigation. Either use text with Logo Name or add an image for the navigation with Logo Image.

You can read more in the documentation on how to edit the product and which field is responsible for what content: http://subsolardesigns.com/documentation/odrin/#creating-a-product . You will need to update the product image in order to change the book cover.
