The theme as a whole has been pretty good. The reason for 2star rating is the AWFUL support. We were/are having issues with our site crashing. We opened a support ticket 2 weeks ago, and they said the developer of the theme was out of town until Aug1. Now there's a message that says they will not be processing support tickets until Aug 10. By that point, we will have waited a full MONTH without any support. Absolutely unreal.

We have answered your support request 2 weeks ago and haven't got any new reply from you since then. I can see that you have added new reply today and we have provided answer. Support is delayed only in some categories because of holidays, for MediCenter there won't be any delays.
