The theme promises support, but they respond to tickets days after requesting a ticket.
The user guide doesn't show many features for example slider revolution isn't even clear.
Very difficult to use. Really hoping customer service gets better as the site looks pretty and quite decent. Just needs better documentation and customer service & it would be a 5 star!

Please note that our support management system is sorting requests by the latest requester update, so every time you send a new message in the same request, that request gets pushed down the queue.
Note that the Slider Revolution plugin was developed by ThemePunch. We encourage you to refer to their documentation in order to familiarize yourself with its vast options and possibilities.
