I am a first time wordpress user and this is not the easiest theme to learn, however, whatever you don't understand, you can have faith, customer support will be there for anything you need! After a few days of tinkering around, I started to pick it up quite easily. After a few roadblocks when trying to do certain things with the theme, I messaged support and they answered all of my questions within a day or two tops. Not only did they give expert answers, but I also gave them a username and password to my site so they could personally make css edits and other adjustments. They did so perfectly. Now, everything works, this theme is beautiful with my homepage broadcasting video content on landing. Its over a top-notch theme, with excellent developers and probably extremely clean code. The only downside is that it is a bit bloated with mandatory addons/plugins, however, I have optimized my server quite well and now have a relatively fast and well functioning site. I get a B rating on gtmetrix with my server optimized with pagespeed and running hummingbird on top of wordpress. Overall, this is an excellent theme with tons of predesigned layouts and options. Well worth the purchase, and well worth the extra 6 months of customer support. These guys are great!
