To start, I bought this theme about 3 years ago. Been using for about 1.5 years (didn't use WP/WC for 1.5 years). Just started using WP/WC and this theme again. This review is long over-due.

-Bugs: These sometimes happen, but overall, it almost always seems to be a conflict with a plugin (or I'm doing something incorrectly). Either way the support is there to help fix it.
-Customizability (5/5*): Tons and tons of settings/options. No other theme out there has them. I can't list them all here, but I especially love the "HTML Blocks". Make a "post" (in a sense) and place it in so many different places ([mega]menu, product pages, category pages, etc. etc.). Settings panel is littered with so many features to make the site look almost any way you want. Set certain pages, products, post types, tags, you name it to have CUSTOM settings (separate from global theme settings) - this is such a powerful feature. Header builder is awesome. Product/cart/checkout page builder. Also, the "blocks" you get are very powerful and useful for almost any store.
-Customer Support (5/5*): Excellent. They help with everything when you need it (including just plain theme assistance). If they can do it without admin access they will. They also respond in a timely manner, which is much appreciated. And they also listen to feature requests. Great support!
-Updates (5/5*): Always updating with great features and bug fixes. Also has a patch system for specific fixes, built right-in.
-Design Quality (5/5*): Everything looks professional and clean.
-Performance (5/5*): You can load only the used features (styles and javascript) on the front-end. So, if you don't use something, you can disable it. CSS & JS optimization options. Lazyload. Preloader. Very performance oriented!

If you have a store, DON'T buy any other theme, this is all you need and will be very happy with the purchase - guaranteed. Even if you don't have a store (WC), still check out their demos and give it a try.
