Being a customer at Themeforest for over than 8 years with 40 themes purchased, the customer support of codefactory47 is the worst i have ever dealt with.

Late responses with irrelevant replies and very late reactions to resolve the issues. More than 4 months to fix or at least to provide a definite explanation for the cause on a very critical bug which does not allow the editing of an existing property post and consequently leads to website crash.
I was forced to upgrade 2 times my hosting plan (paying extra fees) at my efforts to find a solution assuming that it was a performance issue.

The nice design and rich functonality of the theme are destroyed by the poor quality of customer support.
