If you are planning to connect your existing Woocommerce store to a new Shopify store - STAY AWAY from this underbaked product with terrible customer support. I purchased this, planning to export my Woocommerce bookstore to Shopify. Once I went through the poorly documented installation process and tried exporting products, I got an error saying that “only 3 options are allowed”. What? What are “options”? Nowhere in the User Guide does it mention anything about ‘options’ or this limitation. I contacted Customer Support. First, they couldn’t figure out which product I was using and said that they needed to connect me to the right department (this took a couple of days). Finally, someone responded and said that this limitation is “clearly described” in their user guide - pointing me to a completely different guide, not the one that is posted on this product page. Turns out that “options” are product attributes, and Shopify only allows 3 of those. You would think that a plugin that is intended to export products from Woocommerce, which are likely to have more than 3 attributes already, would account for that by, say, allowing you to select which 3 attributes you want to export, but no, this is not the case here. So I couldn't use this product and asked for a refund. You can guess what the answer to this was. I kept repeating that the User Guide does not mention the limitation and the guide they showed me is not the one that posted for the product, but they were having none of it. So, beware of this terrible business practice - to lure you in with a half-baked product and then offer to fix the issues for an additional fee as “customization”. I would never purchase anything from Webkul ever again.
