Customer support is horrible, they do not answer, not to mention this is one of the worst templates I have used. So hard to customize and full of bugs.

We do believe that the theme is well documented, and we do understand that it might be confusing at first, but you can find our themes documentation here as well as many great articles, and video tutorials that might help you on the way developing your website.
Please understand that our average response time is around 24 hours on weekdays and that our support agents are trying their best to answer all of our users in this timeframe.
Also, please note that our support management system is sorting requests by the latest requester update, so every time you send a new message in the same request, that request gets pushed down the queue.
