This theme has no support. I tried reaching to the support team and figured out that there website is not active. It's a waste of money. I want my money back.

We have now checked - and we do not seem to have any requests from you, and neither we leave any requests without response. Could you please specify the ticket number? You should have received a confirmation email after submitting a ticket (please also check the spam folder). If you do not have the confirmation email, then something could have gone wrong during ticket submission (which is quite unusual too).
