First of all kindly share as to how did you reach the conclusion that the theme is not mobile ready. We think it is completely mobile optimized and that is why would request you to share your store link depicting the theme is not mobile optimized.

Second you say that there is no documentation to manage the theme. It is also a wrong claim because the theme includes documentation about how to setup the theme. Also there are YouTube tutorials about setting up every area of the theme. Unable to check them doesn't make a theme unmanageable.
