Very nice and elegant theme!
The design is beautiful and it has some great functionalities but it has several problems.
- A few bugs;
- many elements are not very customizable (for example: why can't it be an alignment for some elements like buttons, banners etc);
- and some serious compatibility issues with basically any third part plugin that you may want to use (customers need to be able to use more functions than the ones present in the theme).
It could be a very nice and well functioning theme if the team behind it would start to fix some of these issues...but it's been more than a year since their last update and in the meantime the compatibility risks just keep growing!
So I'm worried that this it'll be as good as it gets and very sorry to say that using it for my website might have been a wrong choice.
Sorry for the harsh word guys, I liked it a lot but it gave me a few big issues and I've been waiting a lot for an update that doesn't come!!

We are glad that you like our theme, and we are sorry to hear that you've got this impression.
Please note that our developers are constantly working on updates for all our themes. With the next update, all the compatibilities with the latest version of plugins and WordPress will be added.
At the moment we don’t have any ETA for when the new update will come out but we hope it will be released soon and you will for sure be notified once a theme update is out.
We located all your requests and we can see that our agents always assist you and point you in the right direction where you can change something. When it comes to 3rd party plugins, you have to understand that we didn't and couldn't test all plugins out there with our themes. Of course, some compatibility issues might occur once in a while and there's nothing we can do about that. The official plugins we provided bundled inside our theme are the ones that are tested several times before the theme was launched and we guarantee their functionality.
We would appriciate it if you could contact us on our Help Center for any issues you might have, and our agents will check everything further.
