I wrote to them for a problem about a plugin and the response was very fast. They fixed everything in less than 24 hours.
When you buy a theme you look for functionality and quality but customer support is an important part and Design Themes has excellent support.
I would just add that I would like to see more updates to the theme to maximize compatibility with new WP updates and Plugins.
But overall, very satisfied with the Design Themes team.
