We are sorry to hear this however, please note that a bit demanding resources are needed in order to run a premium theme. Some of those parameters are important only for the demo import.

We sincerely apologies for a late response on our help center but you should know that our support management system is sorting requests by the latest requester update, so every time you send a new message in the same request, that request gets pushed down the queue.
