for Customer Support

Whilst building my site. I have contacted customer support twice and recieved no reply.
I have since got the theme working, still not 100% to my requirements but I have given up trying to get in contact.
Still require to licence the product as it still says licenced on another site (even though the licence on a subdomain whilst testing has been returned) still no reply

Hello! Sorry, but our ,ail server was broken and we fixed it today. Can you crate ticket again please. And sorry for this.
