I am highly disappointed with your support. Never seen a situation where a support team can't help a customer with resolving a technical issue in this case rolling back to a WooCommerce version that is compatible with theme. No way in your documentation where it says we as customers should not update plugins on our site because you haven't released a newer version of the theme and when we do update these plugins we are held liable? who does that. Also, if we do not update these core plugins the theme works with, we open security vulnerabilities on our sites which you are aware off.
Long story short. I am highly disappointed.

Hi there,
We are sorry to hear this but as we can see your request has been responded and that you were provided with guidance. When it comes to outdated WooCommerce files you will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme's changelog once the update is out.
The theme will work with the latest WP and WooCommerce and if you need any bundled plugin update you are more than welcome to get in touch with our support team which will provide you with t he latest versions.
You can always read more about the refund policy here but we do hope that this will be resolved and that you will reconsider your rating.
