The demo templates are not working, and the support team is missing. I tryed everything; by importing directly, changing the php limits to ensure the import, but didn't work. I have tryed by importing the xml by tools on wordpress, and still not working. There is something that doesn't work here, but none give me solutions. I need a solution and I didn't received any yet. So sad with this purchase.

We are sorry to hear this however if you are somehow having an issue with the demo import we would kindly ask you to check your resources
as well as you can always try to import our demo content with our XML file.
