This theme is based on WPBakery, which is the most poorly reviewed WP builder on the market.
It also is the most broken, buggy, poorly documented WP builder I have personally ever used. Customization is a hassle, layout changes are unpredictable, and the final result is an inconsistent mess of spacing, font styles and shortcode cruft.
The included demos may look nice in preview, but ANY amount of customization causes design-breaking inconsistency. Just adding a simple row of equally spaced objects takes HOURS to puzzle out.
Full disclosure-- I'm a front/back end CSS, Javascript, and PHP dev. I bought this template so I would NOT have to deal with these issues. After a week of trying to migrate a portfolio site I'm debating doing a full wipe and code the thing myself.
Support has been fine, but so what? The architecture is broken and the documentation is garbage.

Thank you for your feedback, but we believe that buying a template is not enough, it will not do your job for you by itself. It's a complex software solution that we've made as easy as possible for users using WP builder and other visual elements. But the user should know how to use them, at least know where to enable the WP builder for pages and not see a bunch of shortcodes in the default editor and so on. Everything works as it should, but you need a little understanding of how to use this tool.
