The customer support is exceptionally poor vs other Edge themes, can wait up to four or five days (still waiting) for responses to things and when you get a simple link to user guide which doesnt answer the question.
I would avoid if you are looking for strong support.

Also, please note that our support management system is sorting requests by the latest requester update, so every time you send a new message in the same request, that request gets pushed down the queue.
