1. Very poor support. Hardly get any response for requests. Try to drag support requests and for some basic features, never get any resolution
2. Heavy plugins. Slow response for website
3. Difficult to navigate to understand what is where in the dashboard / setup page
4. Every change breaks when a new plugin is added. This happens for even changes made by them!
