I have never experienced worst customer support. I have been waiting over 4 days for a response then they will ask a question that is already answered which will cost another several days. This has been a terrible experience and client is glued to this theme... not fun explaining how customer support does not exist. So frustrating.

We usually don't work at the weekend, and that's the only reason why the support team couldn't answer your ticket, but today, we're seeing that the support team has already helped you to solve all the issues you were having, so please let us know if you still need help with anything.
