The license wouldn't appear to download for almost a month. I gave up. Finally, I've logged in again, and they can be downloaded without the code line just being blank. Not sure if it was the website seller's fault or what. But it really inconvenienced me. I'm starting again now, 2 months after I should've used this theme and its license.

We are sorry to hear this but you can always find your license as well import the demo content so if you at any point have issues with the demo import, we would kindly ask you to check your resources
as well as you can always try to import our demo content with our XML file
Also, if you have any additional questions we would kindly ask you to submit a request at our help center and our support team will be happy to help you with this. At the moment we could not locate any request at our help center and hope that after you were provided with assistance that you will reconsider your rating.
