I've contacted support many times to see when an update would be pushed out to fix the many bugs (ie import not fully working, sluggishness on the front and backend, broken CSS, WooCommerce severely out of date, and others), but have had the run around with dates being pushed back time and time again. At this point, I really don't know if there'll be an update or a fix for all these issues.

I'm sorry for the experience.

In this case, our team is actually working on an update. However to be honest with you, unfortunately I may not be in a position to provide an exact ETA as to when one will be available.

We will however keep you posted as soon as one is available.
