It is unfortunate to see a one star review after refusing our assistance in our support system. I'll leave our support response which you have ignored:

"I am happy to answer any questions you have. All of our themes including Megabyte are extremely efficient and should not be slow. If you are having issues, please provide a link to your website and a description of what is running slow. There is likely a simple reason for this that can be easily resolved.

In terms of a refund, we cannot provide a refund as we know there are no issues with the theme speed/bloat. It has been well tested at this point with nearly 500 installs over a multiple year timeline."
