We are really sorry that the theme does not work for you.

But, please note that LITERALLY IN THE THEME DESCRIPTION it says that Avantage uses Bold Builder instead of Gutenberg / WP Bakery.
It also says that it supports Contact Form 7 and there is no mention of Gravity Forms.

Naturally it will work with Gravity Form as well, but the demos are based on Contact Form 7. You could have checked the compatibility with Gravity Form upfront, by asking us, as other users do. We would be glad to provide all relevant info.

It is extremely unfair, to say the least, to give one star rating based on the wrong assumptions about the product without even reading its description prior to the purchase. It's like giving a Fiat 500 one star rating for not having a 1000 L trunk.
