Documentation is generic for all of their themes, so you will have to learn how to use and modify the theme by your own. It only tells how to install the theme, but not how to modify the demo content (not even basic stuff like how to modify the photo, or name shown).
-Contact form not working at all, I had to make it work from scratch using the style's name of the theme.
-No child theme.
-No changelog info in Themeforest nor inside the theme downloaded files.
The theme is beautiful, it's a shame that the rest doesn't meet the minimum quality standards.
