The Slider Revolution included in this theme failed me. Each time I try to update, the update package is not included so it automatically fails. When I try to update it through the "Theme Plugin", the plugin update is not available. I cannot use Slider Revolution on my website. These theme developers have made it impossible to reach them, and they have not created a solution to this issue. I should not be paying for "extended support" for minor issues like this. Terrible support, I do not recommend it.

Hello, sorry to know this issue. When we release update we provide slider revolution I side the theme pack plugin folder. User need to update from their..secondly, as this is give as bonus with theme under extended licence. No theme author can made auto update system for extended plugins. User need to upload from the plugin folder or purchase a regular licence from the plugin author to auto update.
