I have designed and developed websites for like 20 years, as much as I hate to do that math, but this is the only theme I have paid for multiple licenses for. The support has always been stellar, not that there was ever a question I had beyond a menu setup. If you are looking for a theme that is solid and not just some garbage someone threw together, this is the one.
