Just bought this thing. Install failed. Missing CSS files. Tried to contact support. After jumping through hoops to register, I can not submit a ticket. Says I need a "Purchase Code." Locked on the invoice and on ThemeForest everywhere. There is no "Purchase Code." SO, tried the invoice number and the order number with no luck. So, now I get to figure out how to get a refund. TO bad, looked like a nice theme.

Hi there,

We are sorry to hear this but this usually means that the wrong file is being uploaded. Check to make sure that you’re uploading the correct ZIP file. Here is Envato Article where this error is explained.

Also in order to get your Purchase code you can easily locate and download it from your Envato (Themeforest account) under downloads. Here is and article that explains the procedure in detail.

We hope this will be resolved and if you still cannot submit a ticket you can always send us a mail to our help center providing your purchase code in it and our team will check this on your end.
