a wast of time and money, the theme isn't compatible with elementor, and according to teh support the required plugings are causing the issue, i can't edit the pages in elementor, and when after a long strugle i get access for 1 min to elementor editor, the page elements layout is so broken down that you can't do anything about, that if you are even able to save the modification. my ticket with the support have been open since yesterday 8:00am and all they were able to send is a message asking me to desactivate the plugins and figure out which ones are not compatible, mind you they are all required for this theme to look half decent. a big deception, and the support just doesn't care that i have an urgent project to finish.

I have just checked the official support platform (Ticksy) and I can see that you have successfully opened a support ticket.
In the ticket, an agent requested the correct WP + FTP admin credentials to assist you with any reported issues (screenshot). It appears that you haven't responded to this message, despite our willingness to help.
At this moment, we don't know if the problem you reported is real or what plugins you have installed since we don't have access to the admin dashboard without your correct admin credentials, which would allow us to verify and assist you more effectively.
