I had an absolutely exceptional experience with customer support. Initially, there were some hitches while trying to import the demo content, which was meant to act as a blueprint. To rectify this, I took the initiative to transition my client's WordPress setup from a shared hosting environment to a VPS. This new setup was amply resourced, boasting PHP 8.2, NGINX, MariaDB, all running smoothly on AlmaLinux 9.

The support team's response was rapid and accurately addressed the issue. If you're planning to utilize the demo content to expedite your site development process, I would earnestly suggest using a VPS over shared hosting. The caveat here is unless your shared hosting provider is exceptionally liberal with their resources and can accommodate a 512MB PHP memory limit and prolonged PHP execution times.

In my case, my client was hooked up with a low-budget hosting provider, which significantly limited my access to these essential resources. It's crucial to note that the high PHP memory limit and extended execution times are not prerequisites for the theme deployment itself, but primarily for importing the demo content. In all, a top-notch support experience.
