I needed help with this theme in April; it is now June, and none of my support emails were answered. I created an account for him (admin access), and he never even logged in. The theme had an issue with the logo not resizing in the header on the sticky header.

The theme has not seen any meaningful updates or been updated in over 7 months.

EVERYTHING is coming soon, which I suppose has a different definition than what it means. Just search "coming soon" or "very soon" on any of their themes for a good laugh.

Between the absolutely horrible support (the worst on this platform) and the lack of meaningful updates (just check the logs) I would highly recommend finding a better theme.

We have switched and will not look back. After supporting this creator for years, I will not be a returning customer.

If you have a specific issue with the theme, I am more than willing to work and resolve it. But what you have said about none of your support messages being answered is completely false. I have updated all support tickets within the past 24 hours and will continue to do so as I have for the past 11 years. If this is a misunderstanding and you responded, but I somehow did not receive your responses, I would ask that you send a message via my profile page so I can make sure we resolve whatever issue you are facing.

As for the theme updates, is there something specific you are looking for? The theme works as advertised, and any issues customers face in setting the theme up are always addressed. As of right now, there are no immediate issues with the theme, which is why the theme has not been updated. I do plan on making theme updates, but unfortunately, I am a one-man crew and theme development is now a part-time endeavor for me. That doesn't mean I won't update my themes. It simply means I don't have the time I once did to provide frequent updates. But given that the theme doesn't have any outstanding issues, I'm not sure why this would warrant a 1-star rating. I would ask that you submit a support ticket, reply to your existing one, or send me a message via my profile page so I can resolve whatever issue you are facing and please reconsider changing you review to 5-stars once it is resolved. Thank you.
