Excellent customer service, very attentive, patient and responsive.
Many bugs and complications despite explanatory installation and configuration support. That's a shame.
A beautiful, comprehensive theme that can still be improved.

We just released version 4.2.1 with many fixes and improvements. It's free to update.
In your case there were 3 issues:
1 - Translation for the accommodation (WPML). We work with the WPML plugin developers to make this as compatible as possible. They have released a new version recently that improved their process.
2. Hotel Booking Payment Getway (Stripe & PayPal). We see that you sorted out your configuration regarding PayPal and Stripe. Nicely done.
3. Hotel Booking Reviews (Styling updated). We updated styling to make the forms look much better. Thank you for letting us know.
We are continually updating and improving our themes. Please see our updates for 4.2.1. Lots of goodies in there.
