for Customer Support

After 5 emails sent I only received one response and that was for proof of purchase. I sent it in immediately and never heard back. 3 more emails sent with no answer so I must submit for refund.

Thanks for the purchase and I understand your frustration.

Unfortunately we do not use email address for our support. We have our ticketing system and one of the reason why you did not received an answer is that you did not contacted us at all at our official support.

Reason why we use licensed official supportand not an email address for the support is to separate customers from non customers.

Reach us through our support and we will answer in couple of hours maximum like we answer our customers in 99% of cases.
