There has been a problem for months with the update of WP bakery which causes the loss of margins - after the Bakery updates the site can only be viewed full size. It really looks awful that way. Since you cannot roll back the update of WP Bakery in the plugin section, make sure you have saved a recent back up and restore it.
This is a big problem Neuron Themes has to solve with a new Proton version I hopefully won't have to pay for again (I paid two times already). I rely on them that this theme is up-to-date with updated plugins and WP versions, at least after a month. This problem has been obvious for months, though, read the comments. Do something about it, please.
