We have problems with the customization's and Support Team is nowhere.
We payed for support and we dont have any.........

We are sorry to hear this but our average response time is around 24 hours. Also, please, note that our support management system is sorting requests by the latest requester update, so every time you send a new message in the same request, that request gets pushed down the queue.
