I've purchased dozens of themes over the past 10 years with Envato and this is, by far, my favorite. I LOVE it when themes aren't loaded with a zillion plugins to function because most just aren't needed and maintaining all of the updates is a major pain.
This theme looks simple when first installed because the plugins are minimal, but the developers definitely took time planning, designing, and putting this theme together. I had zero issues with the demo install (rare), zero issues customizing (also rare), and zero issues with functionality (even more rare).
I know it's promoted as a booking theme, but it can easily be modified and used for anything, which I plan on doing. If you strip out the reservations/room functions, you could pretty much use it for any industry. I'll be back for many more licenses because this theme is a breeze to work with.
