I bought a theme from XpeedStudio on ThemeForest, and it has been a complete letdown. While the theme seemed promising at first, I hit a major roadblock when trying to activate it on my live site after months of development.
The activation key provided by XpeedStudio didn't work, and despite numerous attempts, they have completely ignored my emails and messages on Twitter. It's been weeks without any response, leaving me stuck with a useless theme and wasted time and money.
I strongly advise against purchasing from XpeedStudio. Their lack of customer support has turned what could have been a good theme into a frustrating and worthless experience. Don't make the same mistake I did – look elsewhere for a reliable theme provider.

Regarding license: You need to deactivate the previous activation license to use it for another site.
