I've had the opposite experience with Support the last few people apparently had. I bought the theme and installed it with no issues, but my activation code didn't work properly. Bane quickly replied to my ticket and was able to help me fix things. He also answered several additional non-problem questions to help me understand how features of the theme worked, which has been very helpful.
I've had no bugs in the theme or using any of the features thus far.
