I've been waiting for support for more than 1 day, but no answer. I could not install the demo content of the theme, nothing appears on the site homepage other than the logo. I just can't intervene. Worst theme I've ever bought

We are sorry to hear this but please note that our usual response time is within 24 hours. Also, our support management system is sorting requests by the latest requester update, so every time you send a new message in the same request, that request gets pushed down the queue.
We also do see that your request has been handled and that our support team imported the demo import for you. We do hope that this is resolved and that you will reconsider your rating.
