Been 7 days since I contacted support and no one has answered. Can't proceed with the theme as some pages couldn't be edited. As I said, tried to contact customer support with no response for more than a week now.
Although the designs are nice, however, the support is very bad and I do not recommend anyone buying from this author. You'll end up stuck like me. Check other templates, there are a lot of great looking ones with excellent support!

Hello, that is not kind of issue, you can’t edit Shop, Product Details, and Blog pages because they are inner pages, not Elementor.
In case you wish to request a refund, we always approve it because we value our reputation. To get the refund, please copy the link and paste it into the address field, then, on the page, choose the theme for the refund.
